This is a legal contract entered into
by N2Spots Great Danes referred to as "Breeder" and "Purchaser(s)" to be
referred to as Owner of Great Dane Puppy described below.

Purchaser agrees to a purchase price of __________ . A
non-refundable deposit has been paid to breeder in the amount of _______
to reserve puppy. The balance will be paid in full when the puppy
reaches 7 weeks old. If the balance is not paid by the due date,
purchaser understands that the puppy will be made available to another
potential owner, and deposit will not be refunded.
Purchaser understands that all deposits are
non-refundable, with the following exceptions, and ONLY these
exceptions:
1) Illness of chosen puppy that makes the puppy
unfit for placement.
2) Genetic defect determined by veterinarian
exam prior to transfer date.
3) Death of chosen puppy prior to
transfer date.
In these cases Purchaser has the right to:
1)
Full deposit refund within 30 days.
2) Deposit being applied toward
another puppy from this litter or a future planned litter.
Conditions and Guarantees
Chosen
puppy will be sold with Limited/Full American Kennel Club rights
and restrictions.
Breeder
guarantees the dog described in this contract is in good health at the
time of transfer and has been examined by a licensed veterinarian prior
to shipping.
Within a two
year period from birth, if a genetic disorder that is sufficiently
serious or life threatening in the opinion of two qualified
veterinarians, and all nutrition guidelines provided by us have been
followed, then we agree to replace the puppy with one of equivalent
quality from the next available litter. If the puppy is to be returned
to the breeder, the AKC registration papers will be returned with the
puppy, and ALL shipping costs will be at purchaser's expense. Guarantees
are NOT transferable and apply only to the listed purchaser in this
contract.
The purchaser agrees to maintain the dog's health in
good condition, and to provide yearly exams, vaccinations, heartworm
preventative, and any other procedures necessary to assure good health.
Breeder
strongly encourages purchaser to arrange an exam with their
veterinarian of choice within 72 hours (not including Sundays) from
receiving puppy. If the veterinarian determines that the
puppy is clinically ill and this illness was contracted on or before the
date of sale and delivery, breeder should be notified immediately with
written statement by the examining vet including complete diagnosis of
what makes the puppy unfit. Breeders warranty is limited
to a replacement puppy, upon the immediate return of the puppy and its
registration papers. Failure to have a vet check or notify
breeder of any illness will void this warranty.
The breeder will not be liable for expenses as a
result of any treatment required for this puppy. The
breeder will not be liable for shipping costs to return the puppy to the
breeder under any circumstances.
Requirements
We require that all puppies
sold with LIMITED AKC registration be spayed/neutered by 8 - 10 months
of age by a licensed veterinarian, or all health guarantees are void.
Records of the surgery must be forwarded to us, the breeder, as proof.
Upon receipt of surgery records, an AKC registration application will be
forwarded to you for you to register your puppy with AKC.
- That
all new owners read and understand our feeding guidelines. Failure to
follow these guidelines, and the advice of your veterinarian on
nutrition for your new puppy, may contribute to preventable health
problems, and even death, and void the breeder's warranty. Our feeding
guidelines will be included with this health guarantee contract.

That you contact us for the return of your puppy/dog at any point of
his/her life if you are unable to care for him/her. We do not want our
puppies to end up in shelters or with people who may not care for them.
All shipping expenses would be paid for by the buyer.
Not Covered by this Warranty
Loss
of puppy due to accidental death, theft, disease caused by discontinued preventative
vaccines by purchaser, bloat (GDV), lameness, internal or external
parasites, allergies, events leading to heat exhaustion and/or
hypothermia, heartworm disease, common eye conditions, Hypertrophic
Osteodystrophy (HOD), Panosteitis, or any cosmetic procedure including
ear cropping, or other loss beyond breeder's control.
The purchaser's signature below indicates that
